Hi, I'm back!
Sorry about the long delay, my video card died and it took me a while to figure out what was wrong. The computer would boot, get to the BIOS screen, flash the Win10 logo, and show 2 rounds of spinning dots before it would reboot itself and start all over. By the time I had figured out it was the video card (I had originally eliminated it as a contender because the BIOS screen was displayed without any difficulty), I had completely and utterly messed up my boot partition by playing around with MBR commands.
At any rate, it's all working again, with a brand new vid card. The Bluray I was using was this one :

I borrowed it from my neighbour. He has a big old 3D TV, I do not. So I tried to watch the 2D Bluray from that collection on the XB1. It would not play, even after a reboot. I've just ordered my own copy from Amazon, when it gets here, I'll try it out in the XB1 again. |
