Galaxy S4, 4.2.2, b20 (edit: about to try with RC2)

If the device loses focus (minimized, call received, etc) during a download, only the profiles received at the point of losing focus are stored on the device.

If the device loses focus during the image download, it reports that the sync is complete when re-opened. Only covers fetched up to the point where focus was lost are stored.

Stands to reason that it'll function the same vs upload, but I'm not able to test that.

This is the functionality for 1.0 in regards to interrupts.  We'll enhance in the future.
