With dvd's, most (or all?) players remember where you left off when the movie is stopped. With the players I had, pressing 'play' during start-up would resume the movie at that point.

With blu-ray, this isn't always possible. If I remember correctly, it has to do with the java menu system?

Now, some blu-rays I have, do offer the option to resume the movie or go the menu when starting a movie which I stopped earlier.

I think it would be good to have a checkbox in the 'features' section of the profile to check whether there is a resume option available.
