Refresh Needed

Please select your browser's Refresh option to continue viewing this collection.
I keep getting these randomly in my online collection and refreshing the page doesn't help, closing the page and bringing it back up from scratch doesn't help, there's no rhyme nor reason to it, a few minutes later it'll be fine.  Usually the DVD right above or below comes in without issue.  What's the deal?      -kd5-

I believe it's some sort of time out. If you are viewing your online collection and don't have any activity on that page for a specific amount of time, (how much, I don't know), the profile you have highlighted will produce this message. Quitting, waiting for a few minutes and relaunching is the only way I know to fix it. Yes, after the refresh the ones above and below will be OK, but until the relaunch that profile will not.

But even relaunching the page doesn't refresh the profile.  I've refreshed and/or relaunched the page numerous times to no avail.  Why should the Online Collection page time out anyway?  Whose idea was that and why?

Once it times out, it seems an eternity before you can view that profile again...         -kd5-

8 minutes later and a relaunch still doesn't allow the profile to appear.      -kd5-

I would try emptying your browser cache and see if that fixes it.

I would try the relaunch in 15 minute increments. If you quit your browser and relaunch in 15 minutes and it still isn't fixed, quit and wait 30 minutes. I know this is ridiculous, but it's the only suggestions I have.

Please, someone else step in if you know something that might work or the reason this happens and how to avoid it.

Yes, flush your cache completely, or try pressing the CTRL key while clicking on the reload/refresh button.
