| | Posted: December 21, 2010 2:09 PM | | | | This is a neat feature, but the update process is extremely slow. I have updated the database 2 days earlier on the PC before sync so the amount of changes can't be that much (3,600 titles), so why is it taking so long especially when updating images?
Could it be I set my image size to Huge so it is redownloading the resolution I specified for every movie? |

My collection of 2800 takes 35 seconds. Assuming there aren't any updates. My images are the default large on the iphone, but on the pc I have all my own scans, so they are much larger than the ones downloaded from dvd profiler. | | |

I finally finished updating after about 4 hours, with the application quitting halfway through updating images 4-5 times but fortunately, it continues where it left off. With that first update done, subsequent once are pretty fast, only for items changed on Invelos server. |
