As I am a 'new user' and am unable to post a reply on the topic "Invelos Forums->DVD Profiler: Contribution Discussion Help with Birth Year for Julie Brown", I will give you the answer you seek here.

I went to Van Nuys High School with Julie Brown.  She was born in 1958 and we graduated from VNHS in 1976.

She'll be 52 on August 31st, 2010.

There ya go.....

Thanks for your response.

You don't have a link to a yearbook, do you??
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I thank you for the response as well. The reason Silence_of_Lambs asked about a link to the yearbook or something is because as much as we definitely appreciate the help... to get it into the main database we need a source we can actually show the voters and screeners... and we are afraid that just the word of a random somebody (which is all we all are here on the forum) just couldn't be enough to get it into the database.

Hi,

I don't have a link to our yearbooks (don't even know if they're posted online or not), and I don't have the VNHS yearbooks for '74, '75 & '76 though I believe I do have our Van Nuys Junior High School yearbooks around here somewhere.

If I find them, I'll post a photo or send an email for verification.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I also have our VNHS commencement program for the Class of 1976.  Her name will be in that too.

There ya go.....

This is the most awful statement I never read in those forums. A "random somebody" gives information that we need and that is obviously sincere, and we would have users that just think it would be a lie.

What sort of community are we ???

I'm litterally disgusted.

Let me ask you... why would I believe a random person if nothing more then their word is offered as support. In other situations sure. But in an situation for something that we are told we need documentation? How many times has people come to the forum asking why they were declined... when it turns out they didn't document their use of a birth year?

I can see it now... submitting a birth year (or any other info) and say it is so because any random person says it is so. If I was to submit in such a way I would expect a decline.
