how to contribute subtitles: English for the hearing impaired / Hard of hearing? |

Skip It's indicated on the covers of some DVDs. I haven't actually bothered to check how it is implemented, since I am not deaf (yet). On television, this is usually handled by a person showing sign language in a bottom corner of the screen. | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | That would more likely-be a picture-in-picture track. I suppose you could use a subtitle track to do an outline of signing hand, but I can't imagine why you would. |
