| Posted: | | | | Been finding certain titles I have where the actor(s) are being 'introduced' in the opening credits (as their first acting role..) and thought it might be interesting to use a divider in the cast credits for these type credited roles on screen. Has this been approved before for contributed Cast Credits?. Maybe interesting for some major names who got their first start in an obscure film title a few years before their time.. And of course I m referring to Starring roles and not a bit scene. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | Interesting idea. But we've to take cast (normally) from the end credits. So this divides imho a bit from taking "introduced" from the beginning. And I can't imagine how this could look? Divider: "Introduced" "introduced" actor Divider: Rest of the credits actor 1 actor 2 ...?? But something like a checkbox or a additional filed that shows up next to the actor could be great. |

| Posted: | | | | Wrong post. (Today is not my day) But in that case I can add something to my post: I like the idea of tracking such "Introducing" credits, but not with dividers. | | | Last edited: by VirusPil |

| Posted: | | | | I do agree this shouldn't be used- especially since we take the end credits .. but it would be an interesting area to figure out (except for tags ,) where we could use such a device.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. We'll also have "Starring", "Featuring" and "Also Rans". Yeah, I've already encountered users starting virtually every cast list with a divider that says "Cast"... |

The best thing is: when I tried to discuss this with the user though a series of PM's, the answer boiled down to the ever-wonderful: "we'll have to agree to disagree" and "the rules don't say I can't do this". And then you're pretty much done... |
