Will it ever happen in our lifetime?
I know this issue came up a couple of times in the past, BUT it does deserves an answer in my book.

These are already supported in 3.5. I believe they have been since the big language expansion a few versions back.

I guess liorb22 means Unicode support for DVD Profiler itself, not Audio/Subtitles details in profiles...

It would have to be 4.0 at the earliest, if ever, since I believe Ken indicated it would require a large rewriting of the program.
