| Posted: | | | | Good morning, Sirs,
usually we transform group roles into a singular form, like Dead Bodies -> Dead Body.
What is the singular form of Dead People? Dead Person?

| Posted: | | | | Only exception I'd say to changing it to singular is when the credit is a voice role. Since we really don't know how many of that particular plural role they voiced. Just my thoughts on the subject. | | | "The perfect is the enemy of the good." - Voltaire |

And thank you for the answers, Sirs. I won't have to think anymore about group roles like "Dead People Party", such fiddly questions cause me sleepless nights. Just out of nostalgic curiosity: would it have been "Dead Person", "Dead Person at Party","Dead People Party Member" or something else or unmodified? | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. Just out of nostalgic curiosity: would it have been "Dead Person", "Dead Person at Party","Dead People Party Member" or something else or unmodified? What a bitch! After reading the Usage of the new Group Start and Group End Dividers-topic unfortunately the role Dead People Party is only grouped but not devided. So I have to ask again for the correct singular version. On screen it looks like this: ... Dead People Party Cast One Cast Two Cast Three ... | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |

| Posted: | | | | Unless Ken comes out to say to use the group divider in cases like this i think i would just enter it "as is"
Cast one as Dead People Party Cast two as Dead People Party Cast three as Dead People Party
Not knowing the film i don't know if "Dead Person at Party" would be an accurate description of the role? |

| Posted: | | | | Here is the context: But they weren't dead at the beginning of the party. So I'm not sure if "Dead Person at Party" would inadequately belittle their roles?! | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |
