US Release With Canadian Disc ID on Child Profile

Towering Inferno/Volcano 2-Disc Double Feature
UPC: 024543-410720

Was adding child profiles for this by Disc ID and the DVD for The Towering Inferno came up as a Canadian release.  If I change the locality on this when I submit my contribution will this change the locality for everyone or will it simply give United States as another option for this Disc ID?  If the former is the case, how do I correct it?  Thanks in advance.

The Disc ID in question is 1EA7576083213E27

It will create a new profile with  US Locality
