| Posted: | | | | I've been making a set of new profiles for the recently released "The West Wing: The Complete Series" and there are two bonus discs included. Disc 1 is extras from seasons 1-3 and disc 2 is from seasons 4-7.
The old set has the discs as a separate child profile with the discs, I don't think this is right.
Do they belong in the parent profile or as a child profile? |

| Posted: | | | | That is basically up to you. Just like any child profiles for TV Series... they are optional. Now... what I would do is make a profile for each one since they each cover more then 1 title/season/episode each. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks, I will add them to the parent profile, add the child profiles also and then upload the lot. Just need to do some cover scans. |

| Posted: | | | | Be careful on Cover Scans, Phil. I haven't seen the set, but remember that we deal only with ORIGINAL release Covers. If it is like the I Love Lucy Complete Series, all they did was repackage the discs into a single set, which means the ORIGINAL Covers remain Online, the new ones remain local.

| Posted: | | | | I am 99% sure that these are the original covers, none exist in the database already and it came out 3 months ago. They are the old discs but in a new set with 8 brand new UPCs (the main box and one per season).
It seems to be common practice recently, re-release the old discs (usually with the same labels) in new packaging with new UPCs. |
