But definitely without the "with Vicky Binns" since it doesn't seem to be a part of the title. Fixed the image for you:  | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

Thank you all Well, there is a consensus, of sorts. 8 to 3 against your first option. My take, based on the poll options and the results, is that including spaces is the prefered option. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.

Agreed; 1) normal English capitalisation rules apply as stated in Rules, 2) I believe the words being in different fonts indicate separate words done in a stylised way for the cover...
