Did you read the original discussion? It seems that at the moment "Check for Child Profiles" function reads the info from Boxset field (online db). You cannot have several variations of disc 1 there. Latest contribution always overwrites the previous boxset info. We need a way to append a new disc to that field (online db) without overwriting the existing ones. There is a way to do this, but it's so complicated, and I'm not sure if it is even supported by the rules, that I've never seen it used. 1. Download all existing child profiles 2. Create your child set and ad 'em to that master profile without removing just downloaded childs. 3. Contribute this set, that now have your appended childs and existing ones 4. Propably get a buch of "no" votes and "declined" |
