I'd like the ability to repair my db from a command file.  I currently have one that backs up my db, exports an xml, syncs with online and then syncs with mobile.  However more often than not I have to run db repairbecause of the #9729 error (duplicate key in the collection table) I invariably get when syncing with mobile.

So it'd be handy if I didn't have to initiate the repair and wait till it finished before running the commandfile and going for a smoke/brew.
