Release & purchase date should be in history

When you view the History of a DVD or Blu-Ray, it would be nice if you would see the following 2 lines already :

* Released on <date> by <studio>.
* Purchased on <date> for <price> at <shop>.

and then after that line, of course the rest which it currently does :

* Watched on <date> by <name>.
