If you have a rating's details that say this
Quote:
Language: Infrequent, Mild. Sex/Nudity: None. Violence: Occasional, Mild. Other: Infrequent War Horror

Should the bolded  section be included or left out?

I'd say: leave it out. That is, however, mostly based on the way I happen to know these rating details are presented on the box. It's a standard table, which is always displayed in its entirety. Even if only one of the four categories actually applies, the other three will still be shown (as "None" indeed). I have no interest in recording that in DVD Profiler.

If it fits into the fields size, I see no reason to leave it out.

I agree with everything T!M said.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

We will teach it to them again.

I'm happy that we have no rating details on french DVDs.

As for the question, rules are clear : "Enter rating details as shown".
No interpretation is possible, (as for typos in overviews  ).

I hardly understand Unicus' position, who is generally so strict to apply rules. But of course, a request to change rules can be done...

So you don't understand my position but what about T!M's?  He is also a staunch supporter of the rules...granted, we don't always agree on the interpretation of the rule, but still.  One has to wonder why you singled out my post?

Actually, one doesn't, but you keep on playing your little game.

I've seen a few like this contributed before where those that had no details were left out & were accepted. Not saying that it's right or wrong, just what has previously been accepted.

I personally don't have an opinion one way or the other on this one.

I'd say it is an information not a non-information. Not everyone knows every rating system in the world. How should I know what is usually in the rating information of that locality? Maybe they don't care about nudity there and thus no information in the rating info.

When I see they rate for nudity and say there is none: That's an information.

(It's actually an important information: Who'd buy a movie without nudity in it?    )

Include it; it's part of the rating criteria/rationale.  (Well stated DJ Doena.)

Maybe we should also add to NR: This film is not rated.
