For blu-rays, the cover display in the profiler is enhanced with a blu-ray header.
As a result the covers have the same dimension as the normal dvd covers.
And you can easily identify them as blu-rays

But this nice header is missing when you use the DVDCoverImage in reports.
Would it be possible to also include that header for reports?
