Nightmare Before Christmas - Contribution Declined? |

| | Posted: | | | | About a month ago, I submitted a contribution with updated info for the Nightmare Before Christmas Blu-ray. That contribution was accepted (included addition of Portuguese audio track as found on disc). However during the lastest update, another user added an "audio track for commentary" but the Portugeuse 2.0 DD track was erroneously removed. I don't think this was intentionally removed but was a simple oversite (not blaming the other user). I submitted another contribution to add the Portuguese track back to the profile and although I received 24 yes, 0 no votes the contribution was declined. Is there a way I can I find out why it was declined (I've already tried looking everywhere I could think of)? The track does exist on the disc and I just reverified this to make sure. | | Posted: | | | | 1) Try the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page. Perhaps (likely) the decline was an error. They can review and change the accept/decline choice.

| | Posted: | | | | Thanks for the replies. I've seen numerous people post about declined contributions along with the reason they received for such declination. Unfortunately, I've never seen a reason for one of my declined profiles (haven't had many and can't recall when the last one was). I figured I would ask in case I was looking in the wrong place for an explaination (wasn't sure if it would be in the contribution notes, PM, email, etc.). If something about my contribution was wrong in the first place I didn't want to just go ahead and resubmit only to have it declined again. I figured if an explaination existed I would check that first.
It sounds like one might not have been provided and I should just go ahead and resubmit or PM. |
