| | Posted: | | | | This is probably a dumb question for you veterans, but this is the second disk I have pre-ordered from Amazon, which came today and the cover image is different than the previously submitted image and the images currently contributed for acceptance...in fact besides the front image being drastically different (has a large image of joker rather than bat bike), the back image has some graphics added that do not exist on the current contributions or those under consideration..what's up with that?? |

| | Posted: | | | | Check to see when the images were submitted. It's possible it's pre-release artwork which DVD companies sometimes release to give people an idea of what the packaging will look like.
The actual release artwork may differ as the design is fine-tuned before actual release.
Also, did your DVD come with a slip-case? Again it's possible the images in Profiler are of the slipcase and the DVD inside looks like yours.
One other option is that the film has been released with multiple covers (though I haven't heard about Dark Knight being released this way). |

| | Posted: | | | | Yes there is a big difference between the images. The large image of the Joker is on the keep case and the Bat Bike is on the slip cover. Per Rules we are to use the slip cover. |

Ahhh..ok..well that is the rule, but more and more they are putting all kinds of stickers on the slip case..took me 5 minutes to peel this off carefully enough they wouldnt show up in a scan...also.. never quite understood this since by name, you'd think the 'keep' case is what you would want scanned...ah well...thanks for the replies |
