The rules state that the Cast should be entered exactly as credited, which is taken from the end credits of the movie.

IMDB?! - Blasphemy! Only joking, but IMDB is a fairly dirty acronym around here, many of the profiles that contain IMDB data are pre-release profiles or fairly obscure ones that are owned by few users. However, many complete profiles containing IMDB data have slipped through the net. Personally I don't care where the data came from, as long as it is correct  but when contributing (and particularly for Cast & Crew) order them as per credited in the end credits, and state that in your contribution notes, or expect a deluge of red 'no' votes!

If the introducing person is in the end credits (a second time), then I'd use the placement that person has there.  If it's just the "Introducing" before the end credits, then I don't think you have any choice but to put the "Introducing" person first.  I don't think I'd do anything special about the "Introducing" credit, though.

I wouldn't be one to complain about it, as long as your notes were clear.

Introducing is the same as "starring" imo, and probably doesn't warrent a divider. Plus many movies will say "introducing" and be outright lying as it can be the actor's 3rd-7th film. If we start using dividers for this, then there's gonna be wave of new dividers that will get so silly many will just stop caring. I can see it now, "featuring", "and", "also starring", "with" dividers. Don't go down that road!

While the rules say to list them "exactly as they appear", I don't think this was in mind.

If the person is listed before the standard credits then that person is added to the top of the cast list per rules. Absolutely no divider.

I would lean towards no dividers, but wouldn't vote no either way, so long as it was properly explained in documentation.
