What is the most acceptable way to submit BBFC rating details?

For example:
Language: Infrequent, very mild
Sex/Nudity: Some, moderate
Violence: Some, moderate
Other: Some moderate horror

In comparison, the MPAA rating detail for this movie is: Rated PG-13 for some sexual content and violent images.

The way I would do it would be -

Infrequent, Very Mild Language. Some Moderate Sex/Nudity. Some Moderate Violence. Some Moderate Horror.

However the field length chops off at Horr so you may want to take out the spaces after the fullstops.

Try abbreviating:- Infrequent, V.Mild Language. Some Moderate Sex/Nudity. Some Moderate Violence. Some Moderate Horror.

Reduces the length by 3

Possibly, or you could combine the "Some Moderate"s.

"Infrequent, Very Mild Language. Some Moderate Sex/Nudity, Violence and Horror"

There is also this type, which contains a sentence as well as the normal categories.

Consumer Advice: Contains strong language, bloody violence and horror
Language: Frequent, strong
Sex/Nudity: Some moderate references
Violence: Some, strong, bloody
Other: Drug use and horror

But the sentence doesn't include the sexual references or the drug use.

This would be my choice as well.  Removing the redundant words, 'some moderate', does not change the meaning at all.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I agree wih jmbox and Unicus. Also, Ken has stated:

The limit for this field has been changed to 200 characters for version 3.5.1.  The first beta will very likely be out this week.
So this field is going to be over twice as big as it currently stands.
But I wouldn't bet on the exact release date, since that post is over a week old already.
