Is there a way to show the changes I have made to a profile, before uploading it?
After I have done some changes the contribute icon shows up. But if I dont update at that moment, I might have forgotten what I changed the first time (without uploading).
I tend to browse around my collection and make very minor changes that are incorrect on profiles I have bigger plans for.
Is there a list of sort that shows me this? If not. I would like to add that feature request to the next release of DVD Profiler.

The short answer is no. But what you could do though is compare your local profile against the online profile by selecting from the Menu: Online>Refresh DVD from Invelos>Preview Changes. That will at least tell you the differences between your local and online.

Or you could use the profile Notes field.  That's what i do if i know i won't be contributing right away.

Sometimes the simplest solutions is the best. I am embarrassed to admit I never even thought of this. I usually just made a TXT File to save what I have done... but not anymore thanks!

No. I just do it the lazy way: Contribute, look at the contribution page and then hit Cancel

Actually:

Online>Refresh DVD from Invelos>Preview Changes

"Existing DVD Profile/Image" = your local database

"New DVD Profile/Image" = the online database.

That is indeed an option. However, the reason I don't is because any covers I scan are higher than the max allowed for submissions (100 dpi). I use the contribution screen as this will show the downscaled version.

Add me to this list as well.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Actually, I've never thought of it before, but that's a really good idea.
In the past I've made changes to a profile before, but by the time I've come to submit I've completely forgotten where the info came from or why I made some changes.
To have the ability to make contribution notes as I go, which are then submitted with the profile, would be fantastic!

Keep keep track of profiles you've made changes to you can also flag them and then save the flag set.

I did this while we were waiting for the official release of 3.5; as I was working with the Beta and had over a hundred profiles to contribute. The only way to keep track was with flags.

The use of the Notes section is an excellent idea btw.
