I thought I read somewhere the "Original Title" for this was 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer is this not correct? What should it be?

The rule for original title reads, "Use the title from the copyright notice if available, otherwise from the film's credits."

I don't know about your copy of this DVD, but the copyright notice on mine reads, "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer."

Since that matches what is on the front of the DVD case, there is no need for an entry in the original title field.

All you have to do is follow the Rules, Mike and not try to read more than is there, as Unicus spelled out. It is also possible that the WORKING title during filming was 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer, but that means nothing but a trivia answer. Watch the Skies was the working title E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial but the film was NEVER released nor copyrighted with that title.

It also depends on how you define correct, Profiler spells out it's definition of CORRECT. "Use the title from the copyright notice if available, otherwise from the film's credits."This is a common problem among users, they try to read more than is there, or try to twist things to match their particular definition of; in this case correct.
