Did you copy the overview from the back cover?

hmmm... was there any yes or no votes with comments to give any kind of clue what so ever? Seems strange.
EDIT: Also there is also always a generic reason for all declines. what reson did they give you?

Yep, when I download the profile it fails on the front cover image and the back cover is never downloaded.  Here's what was downloaded for the front.

I'm not sure we can and this likely requires intervention by Ken.  However, I did submit the error report when the error message popped up in DVD Profiler.  Hopefully, Ken is paying attention to those.

If all else fails, the only other option may be to submit an alternate profile.

Looks like the same problem as DJ Doena and I had a couple of months ago.

(One of) the existing covers are corrupt. It needs to be fixed by the screeners/moderators/Ken
