Seriously.
In the non-profit corporation I am the Current CEO of, a few years ago we completely re-wrote our governing By-Laws. It was my idea, and I gave the committee doing the actual writing a baseline and guideline for doing it. I was the architect of the By-Laws. I wasn't even on the committee, and I didn't have a hand in writing them, but I'm credited with being the architect/instigator/etc, of our current set of Laws. |
