+1 for checkbox

All we need to know is that there is something after (or during) the end credits that is not accessible from the menu like features are.

Ok, it has a home in Film Details, but what Do we call it/them.

I was going to say Credit Videos. I wouldn't want Stingers personally... this thread is the first time I ever heard that term.

Same here on stingers, Pete. So far I like post scenes or footage. For some reason footage rings a bell...I like it.

I agree with the position that anything which is part of the film shouldn't be a feature.

Hmmmmm we might still need two.

Typically outtakes when used run with the credits, so post is not correct. Marvel on the other hand uses post credit footage.

Don't want to get into nuances over videos, scary.

Actually I recently seen a marvel movie do both. Thinking maybe it was Marvel's The Avengers. Where is showed some credits... then a scene in the middle of the credits.... then more credits followed by a final scene.

That is why I suggested "Credit Videos" as it would cover it all.

A stinger is a Duo cocktail made by adding crème de menthe to a spirit.

Seems like this is what we need if we have to sit through all those credits to see the scene :-)

"Post Credit Scene" seems to return a lot of google results - seems common, well at least for people to look up when they want to know what it is.

"Thingy?" Is that the technical or the scientific term?

Boy, I come back a day later to see if anyone has even read my post and Wow! Sorry for the commotion caused, but glad to see that maybe it has ended up being a valid query.

Personally, I was hoping for some kind of tick box to be considered appropriate, and I do agree with the earlier poster who said that if there is too much detail it could end up spoiling the scene for first time viewers.

I guess the thing that would annoy me is if people start using it (a checkbox) for things like "James Bond will return in .........".

Is there some way to have a "post-credit scene", "post-credit title", "credit visual sequence", "none", etc.  selection (or something like it)? I understand that this could end up being too unwieldy. Nor am I sure where it should go.

Thank you.

I personally think that would be pushing it a bit too far... much like a free text field. Not for the same reason... but as I said above... I have seen titles have more then one thing in the titles. So what if there is more then one... have to choose one of them? Multiple check boxes show? To me that is a bit much. A single check box for all... named something generic (like I suggested earlier) is much more appropriate I think.
