I think this feature would be cool either only locally or online. I've been watching a series on HBO and have noticed some actors still have credits 8 episodes after they were killed off! Or an actor/actress getting a credit in all 13 episodes despite only appearing in 4 so far.

But T!M does have a point that it'd be difficult to use.
