Please guys take a breath... Skip had answered the same way he answer to this request who appear for every new system every now and them. He didn't sound rude to me at all, but maybe my tolerance level is higher or I don't follow his every post to bash him.

Alien and Samuel, I've nothing against you but this game begins to be really annoying. Yes Skip can be rude and aggressive sometimes but it isn't the case this time.

Now I know perfectly that this one will get some red vote since it isn't the popular thing to do to not play the bash Skip game 

When it comes down to it, the only one who can speak for whether Skip was offensive or not is the one the comment was directed towards (the OP)...so all this bickering about whether he was offensive or not is somewhat pointless. I do thank Alien for taking the time (and patience) to properly (in my opinion) welcome a new member without feeling the need to make a joke at a new user's expense through some sort of "hazing" initiation. But that's me.

If not for the very first sentence in Skip's post I would have thought much like you did Pete, a bit snide and showing his lack of patience for repeat subjects but not really offensive per say. But with that first sentence, if I were in that new user's shoes I'd probably not be posting in the Forums for awhile. Maybe I'm too sensitive for my own good, but that's how I honestly would feel.
