If you want a lot of 'no' votes for your contributions just try removing undocumented uncredited cast. People will treat you like you just slapped their momma.

| | Posted: | | | | I'd like to point out that even if you copy the cast from an existing approved profile, that fact alone is NOT documentation for adding uncredited cast to a new profile. So if a copy has uncredited, and it is not documented, you should either document it, or remove it before submitting a brand new set of uncredited cast to a profile that did not have any to begin with. There are countless "approved" profiles in the database at this time that are IMDB clones, and we really should not be propagating them to new profiles just because it is easier than looking at the credits. The old notes are still there, you just have to know how to find them. One way is to keep an install of the old version 2.4. The easier way for UPC/EAN profiles is to add the HTML code in this thread to have a link to the notes in your profiles. I stuck it into GoodGuy's Features + window. The only downside to this method is that profiles by DiscID are not available since the method changed between versions. | | | | Kevin |
