Yeah... I have a couple that are NR or Unrated with some rating details attached to the rating box. In those couple examples I uploaded them with notes that this is one of the rare occasions where there is actual details for the not rated disc. And Never had any problem with them.

Alien, your fat and you shouldn't use pictures of the children you've sodomized as your avatar.

I've added one just for you, though I'm sure you'll be able to find absolutely nothing offensive or insulting in it at all!

It's truly sad that through this forum, I've come to loathe the mere sight of Walt Disney. It's like hating the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus.

What if a movie wasn't theatrically rated and isn't called unrated in the edition or a rating box, but is called unrated in the overview?

Tough one to call. If the overview comes from the cover then yes, I think we have to allow it as the rules don't specify in what context the "unrated" needs to be to be allowed.
But if the overview has come from elsewhere then no, it shouldn't count, it has to be on the front or back of the cover.

Edit: I wonder what would happen if the cover said "this film is not unrated"? Technically the word unrated is on the cover...

You must use the unrated rating. In fact, it must be use also when someone say the word unrated in an interview, featurette, trailer, etc. who is included on the special features. So, it must use everytime a unrated mention appear anywhere on or in the dvd.

See I'm not always negative

An FYI for Ken - when you run the graph for ratings it gives the ratings in this order:

... R - NC-17 - Adult - Unrated - TV-MA

Shouldn't they go in a slightly different order?

... R - TV-MA - NC-17 - Unrated - Adult

or

... R - NC-17 - TV-MA - Unrated - Adult

Because (quoting from http://www.tvguidelines.org/) TV-MA is described as "This program is specifically designed to be viewed by adults and therefore may be unsuitable for children under 17."  So shouldn't it appear in the graph as being lower than Unrated and Adult?

(Just an OCD pet peeve of mine)
