In those couple examples I uploaded them with notes that this is one of the rare occasions where there is actual details for the not rated disc. And Never had any problem with them. | | | | Pete |

| | Posted: | | | | Tough one to call. If the overview comes from the cover then yes, I think we have to allow it as the rules don't specify in what context the "unrated" needs to be to be allowed. But if the overview has come from elsewhere then no, it shouldn't count, it has to be on the front or back of the cover. Edit: I wonder what would happen if the cover said "this film is not unrated"? So, it must use everytime a unrated mention appear anywhere on or in the dvd. See I'm not always negative |

R - NC-17 - Adult - Unrated - TV-MA Shouldn't they go in a slightly different order? ... R - TV-MA - NC-17 - Unrated - Adult or ... R - NC-17 - TV-MA - Unrated - Adult Because (quoting from http://www.tvguidelines.org/) TV-MA is described as "This program is specifically designed to be viewed by adults and therefore may be unsuitable for children under 17." So shouldn't it appear in the graph as being lower than Unrated and Adult?
