Skip I am not sure that I understand it right, but if I do, this is getting out of hand. Dirk |

| Posted: | | | | I like to suggest that persomal dislikes and fights should not be done here in an open forum. People do not care if someone likes or hates another user. Such endless arguments can destroy interesting and useful discussions. So please all behave and be nice cheers Donnie | | | www.tvmaze.com |

I don't like to document every little detail either...but the rules say that I have to, so I do it. Besides that, documenting my changes lets the voters know that I actually did the work and verified that my changes are correct. If I don't do that, how do they know that I didn't just change something 'just because'? On a side note, I don't have a grudge against you. I just don't understand where you are coming from. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. Wow, this thread got quite ugly quite fast... It saddens me to see that this is our community...
Lighten up and remember: you're doing this on a recreational basis. There's absolutely nothing to gain by taking eachother down here. I understand some of you are very close to the fate of this database but it's still a community product and we are all a member here.

| Posted: | | | | I second that. I'm a new user (registered about a month ago) and thoroughly enjoy the program. Somes parts I find a bit confusing (like the studio/distribution-part and the thinpak/slipcover-part and so forth) so I regularly read the forum to be enlightened. I think it's great to contribute and have done so quite often already. It is quite satisfying to take part in a project with a whole bunch of other people with whom you share at least one common interest.
Lately however the focus for some people seems to be (at least partially) shifting from learning from eachother to taking jabs at eachother. Please... Give it a rest.

Yes, we have a few users who are very...um...passionate about this program. Sometimes we/they let that passion get in the way of being productive. Some of us/them are trying to be a little less passionate...we/they are not always successful but, if you give us/them time, things should get better. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. I DO submit a few things. I do what i feel comfortable with.
To tell you the truth, i am shocked about the errors that DO get in. But most of the ones i find, are older listings that just get missed, or no one else revisited the title in the first place. |
